Testimonial "Dr. Logan's coaching style is both supportive and challenging...... Discovering and facing the truth about ourselves is not always an easy thing but Terri has a great blend of helping someone discover and embrace the truth about a behavior and is effective about refining the behavior. Two styles of coaching I observed is "pacing" when pushing to gain an understanding and "encouragement" when a positive change in behavior happens. The coaching process helped me to
understand that leadership is all about how we motivate people ... to
achieve results and what really makes a leader. If you want long term
results then you must create long term relationships based on trust,
encouragement and the ability to let others take risks and gain
rewards....The process gave me a 1) clear understanding of my behaviors
and where they came from 2) a set of new behaviors (tools) to help
motivate others to results...."
